We are the oldest shipping/ receiving company in Point Roberts, established in October 1997 by two ladies who created the name TSB, meaning "Two Smart Broads”. TSB started by receiving only a few parcels daily, and parcel inventories were kept on hand-written logs. TSB grew as U.S. online shopping gained popularity with Canadians, giving them a wider selection of items while saving money and time on delivery. By December 2005, Daryl Marquette bought TSB after working for one year, starting from the bottom, learning the ropes.

Today, most of our staff members have over 15 years of experience in the parcel-receiving industry, which translates to a friendly, efficient experience at the service counter and in our email and phone communications. With our collective experience in the shipping industry, we can also easily troubleshoot any issue or provide our customers with the resources they need to find a speedy resolution to most problems. We love what we do and enjoy serving the publice take pride in going above and beyond. We want to ensure our customers have a great service experience including complementary: cardboard recycling, pallet (skid) disposal, computer access for tracking shipments, printing invoices and/or return labels, free packing tape and recycled shipping supplies.
